During the sale I got the majority of what I wanted like the $11.86 plush keychain of ot7 and $20.95 Cooky plush which is usually $29 though they did sell out of medium Mang cushion and travel neck pillows. A bit on the pricier side for plushies simply for branding. Took some teens with me to check this store out. Friendly staff. Alot of tourists visited the store once it was opened. This place is so cute! That also meant checking out this now permanent store (former pop-up) when it opened last month! With the size, there are several photo op areas with the oversized characters and some specific to BTS and their BT21 creations.Prices are comparable to what you can find online for official LINE Friends merchandise, though I prefer coming in store to see the item in person before I buy and to save on shipping and waiting time. I also got a chimmy luggage tag ($12.95), Cooky hairband ($12.95) and a pack of stickers that weren't good since I bought them to put on my hydroflask but they didn't stick well.
They have two lines for cash only and credit card/ debit only. Most of the store is BT21 items but they also have Mr. Brown and Friends in one quarter of the store. Yay!Once inside, I squealed with happiness!!! There is a nearby parking garage, but it's like $12 within the hour or so. So if any of you know then please tell me!. My favorite characters are Brown (the bear). Price-wise theres something for everyone...stationery, plushies, stickers and clothes.

If you spend over $100, which I did (no shame here), you get a free fan of your choice. ️Welcome BTS & BT21 Online Store. The process to pay was very simple. Otherwise, there are stores in New York, Taipei, Seoul, Shanghai, and Tokyo.So, go to the store in LA before it closes for renovation or visit after the renovation. They said its REALLY busy on weekends. Great spot to take lots of photos if you're into BTS or if you just want cute pics with cute characters! The decorations in the store are perfect for photo ops! There's a subway station nearby that I use to go here, (Hollywood/Highland on the red line).
