Every Firebirds steak is aged 21 days and hand-cut daily. The BLT salad is great though it can occasionally be heavy on the dressing. She engaged the line manager who showed up 10 minutes later with the same plate of food that had obviously been put in the microwave. The last 3 times we have been there in as many months we have been sorely disappointed. Can a vegetarian person get a good meal at this restaurant? Son ordered a steak and ordered it medium well and it came out medium. The salads had brown lettuce which tasted old. Freshly prepared and locally sourced when possible. Our Chef would be happy to accommodate any dietary needs. Can you accommodate that number at one table? They weren't very busy. Tsk-Tsk!! Thinking about lunch time for 8 - 11 people. The food is nothing memorable so with all the other options this wouldnt be first on the list. The chef came back with the steaks re-cooked (as opposed to cooking a new one), so it was edible, but cooked, cooled and re-cooked is not a quality food item. Service was very friendly and food was quite tasty. We made reservations for dinner last week and showed up a little early. The whole experience was horrible.More, My wife and daughter joined me for dinner, desiring a good steak. Personalized service Neither GMs made rounds asking my large group if food and service was Good. I cut into mine and said the same thing. They comped my pork chop which helped a bit, but after the last 3 visits I doubt we will be going back.
