I let the aggravation of my ordering process go when I saw my stuff had shipped and would be here before the home football game. I ordered 2 T-Shirts with a logo and the logos are peel and stick logos. I had a issue with part of an order from PrepSportswear.com and when I spoke to the customer support person they did not see anyway to help with my issues. This is an awful place. *Offer valid for first time subscribers only. I attempted to cancel my order because after 4 days, I never received an estimate of when the order would arrive. It's now Dec. 19 and still waiting for them to ship.
He said we could return it, as he didn't want to be associated as being a fan of the US sports team. She immediately accused of me of berating her employees and said she has a copy of the chat conversation.
He told me all he could offer me was a replacement onesie.
I better see my products by next week. I don't think it's reasonable to expect everyone to read every FAQ on your site before ordering a stinking t-shirt (especially when you are the ones deviating from a standard e-commerce experience).
My request was denied and eventually Dave virtually hung up on me by ending the chat while I was still typing. So out of four customer service people, 1 (via a voicemail) was polite, so that is a 25% (an F). People Also Viewed.
I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to sports, but their website stated that they had custom hats of the Japanese league. She continued to be nasty and disagreeable about the situation. You would have thought based on her response that I asked for a free order of clothes!! I received a "we are busy with back to school orders" email (which is their go to excuse, FYI).

Can't make returns. The waistband had a lot of gathering so just taking in the bodice involved taking apart the waistband and re-gathering the skirt. The process was so easy and quick through their website. So I just spent $30 on a t-shirt that I will never be able to wear. When you call customer service there is no one to answer the call and you are instructed to write an email. The graduation year was also customized. Or before the Fourth of July, apparently. I ordered a specific school sweatshirt as a gift and it was sent to the wrong zip code. 130 other reviews that are not currently recommended, Find more Sports Wear near Prep Sportswear. The bigger problem was the quality of their product. Spent a total of $122 for stuff that will end up in the garbage. Ordered several items at their advertised 30% off sale..received poor quality merchandise AND when I just went back to their web site to check on the color scheme ( they embroidered royal blue on charcoal pants...it was supposed to be white or yellow so you can actually read the school name) I see that all of the prices are now less....so they jacked up the prices to offer the 30% off and then reduced them after....Very disappointed....I dojn't even want to give this stuff to my son in the condition it is in...They got me once....they won't get me again...and I suggest you don't let them get you. How is this business handling reopening? What safety measures are they taking during COVID? I was able to get my money back because I used a credit card. Great place to go for hats. I stand by my previous review because clearly, there is a problem with how much they respect and respond to their customer.My previous review:Customer service is not responsive to needs.

They do not ship their items as marketed. Don't answer phone.
Their stuff is so cheap and they have a No Return Policy!
Katrina used every excuse in the book and refused to replace or refund.
