My hardwood floors all had specs of paint and drywall dust within the cracks that I had to clean off because the cleaners are a joke. We had picked out the perfect lot and did over $100k in upgrades too! Robert did a good job of following thru on any problem areas, star-rating A Nice House, But No Yard YET, We closed on our house in a new development in early June and we're still living in a dirty mess that turns to slippery mud everywhere when it rains. Many things were pointed out during the walkthrough before closing and we were assured these things we would taken care of. Items not correct. Homes are built in top real estate markets across the country. We have found Pulte to be very responsive even after the closing We are enjoying our new home and would recommend Pulte to our family and friends.
They are extremely rude too. Salespeople are liars. Came in to find the drywall splitting and blistering away in several locations. Worst company ever.
It was not ever fully installed... so a deficiency not warranty. star-rating Very satisfied in my new home, Everything went along as they planned. It's not all the same color had to have panels replaced. or virtual online tour. They construction quality of house is very good. Cheap builder grade paint no trade that can actually do this style of wall texture. Buyer beware.

Please read this before you move into this community. The second time I simply called the company that I knew could repair the problem. Also there were multiple items that we were told that will be completed after closing, field manager opened up all the work orders on the closing date, but even after almost 9 weeks, all of those items are outstanding.
