Living at the flats is an enormous waste of money. Our one, two and three bedroom floor plans for rent near Short Pump Town Center boast impressive interiors and exclusive access to our wide array of top-of-the-line community amenities. Based on this experience and the lack of response and good management on the office side, I would recommend renting from the private townhouses in West Broad Village instead. The Flats practices RACIAL DISCRIMINATION. They appear to have no authority or willingness to help you within the office. I do NOT suggest this complex. Overall, it is a nice apartment with a great staff. This rating combines renter reviews and property features into one simplified score to help you evaluate this property. Two this week, termite inspector Wednesday and fire department on Friday. Facilities and fares are subject to the final contract.

With a large shopping center and both Whole Foods and Trader Joe's nearby, this is an ideally convenient place to reside. When you look at the lobby and the amenities and even an initial glance at one of these apartments, they seem nice but that is what makes it dangerous. Walk to shops, a medical center and Downtown quickly and easily when you live on W Main Street. I used to give them a 5 stars and yet, they failed me.Before I go on with the negative experience I had with the Flats, I'd like to be fair by listing the pro's and con's as follows:Here is the list of things I wish they would do more:- Holding wonderful community events outside the leasing office- Handing off your packages with a smile and great serviceHere are the things I wish had never happened/should happen less often:- Unnecessary fire drills in the morning around 8-9 AM (sometimes the fire alarm even went off without an evidence of a real fire at all, such events can undermine the credibility should a real fire happen.
