I thought that they have calculated wrong, but they confirm their calculation, despite it was contradictory with their online calculator, and give no explanation with this contradiction.Finally, you will pay, because you wait since a week for your parcel to progress in their process, and because you understand, that when they have your parcel in their hands, you have to pay what they want to become it.Finally : 6£ for the parcel reception (you will become a picture and a line in your account) + approx 2£ for forwarding service, plus shipping costs, for me approx 12£ instead of approx 6£.Total 20£ for the forwarding service to France. The WORST, they let you fill in the form, PAY and then after they suck your money, they take you to another page where they ask you for TONS of papers and documents, never trust them, this is so misleading .

Needed mailing addresses for several companies set up and despite the notice on their website that there are delays due to Covid-19 (which worried me initially), the actual delay was probably just a few hours: it all got set up quickly and efficiently.
