"Evilenko" is a very impressive movie, based on the true story of a serial-killer from Soviet Union that recalls a darker and scarier Dr. Hannibal Lecter of "The Silence of the Lambs". It's a good start, and then we meet Malcolm McDowell's eponymous schoolteacher, paedophile and serial killer. I can handle the truth.

This review may contain spoilers. By far the most uncanny and a highly conspicuous portrayal of a madman by another madman in a film filled with madmen. Simply put, the first half of the movie is shocking, tense, and engaging. Don’t worry, it won’t take long.
