Always double check with the school district for most current boundaries. This place is abysmal and should be avoided at all costs. I can not believe how this company is still in business with the way they treat their tenants. Good place to live for students.

Maintenance came into to fix my sink and dumped trash/recyclables everywhere. As far as the bees, my team did go over and spray your vent to kill any of them in that area. Maintenance is a joke. Every time I called for a follow up on when the exterminator was coming they did not have a new date set and they never gave me a return call with an update. It is incredibly over priced.
