There are about 15 bread recipes and then pizza, sweets and some food recipes. My only complaint is that the location isnt bigger, but I can usually find seating at the bar if I hover for a little while. Made it 3 times in one week. Not only are the pizze amazing, they care about doing right by their customers. Both sandwiches were great, the Formaggi was really full with cheese, but the Verdura one barely had any veggies. Absolutely love this place. Intimidation tactics. I cant believe its alien me this long to write a review. I'd been searching high and low on the internet for directions for keeping a stiff sourdough starter (biga, italian-style) instead of a levain (high-hydration, french style) and was really stoked about the low-maintenance recipe here. I love this bread book. Unusual bakery with fancy tables and counter seats.
