This was far from ideal as we have children (it was a family room) and beneath the room in a building across a small passageway was a chip shop with all the extractor fans (smell) going up the building, refuse area etc. We enjoyed our food both at dinner and at breakfast and felt at this price it was excellent value. We were woken very early by the bin men emptying the chip shop. dinner was lovely and served at socially distanced tables with discreet screening where needed.

You could have usual toiletries and drink items (tea, coffee milk) but were given these in a bag so nothing left in the room from previous visitor.
