The Jets had worn the same uniforms since 1998, when then-coach Bill Parcells led the charge for a redesign. Johnson’s comments come just a week after The Athletic’s Connor Hughes informed Jets fans that the uniforms and logo would undergo a complete makeover: From talking to a couple of people who have seen them, I can say this is a complete redesign, not a tweak.
