10 reviews of The Flats at 4200 "Do not live here. I have lived at the edge since for the past fall and spring semester... total mistake. There are no available units at this time. Help us understand by telling us why you're reporting this review. The negatives it smells... every once in a while u get "The Edge stink"... its gross trust me... the water is nasty... the showers suck... the rooms are small to be paying as much as we pay... there are random "asian invasions" where asians come and work at busch gardens while living here... elevators are always messing up, makes you late sometimes because your waiting forever especially when asian invasion starts.
