Comfortable clean well-maintained indoor living space. They would come in, dump a lot of my stuff on the floor, usually scuff up the walls and floors with dirt, and doesn't get any better. From someone who has lived here for 3 years, please DO NOT live here!A few to start,-the prices are outrageous and you definitely don't get what you pay for (utilizes, amenities, etc)-parking prices are also a joke-the management is the least bit responsive in terms of communication, maintenance, or other needs to be attended to-the upkeep of maintenance in the apartment for anything/everything is nonexistent-the front door is often not locked, so security is often an issue in a questionable neighborhood-train comes by at 6:30am during the weekday -Weekly nightlife into early morning hours The only positive, location location location!Please reach out to me if you want to know more about my review, happy to share my experiences! Now I just air dry a lot and run the dryer 2-3x with each load- Good luck trying to get anyone in the office to return an email or phone call- Packages: they change the method every 2 weeks, sometimes they're in a giant heap in the mailroom, sometimes they try and deliver to the door, and frequently I get packages at my door addressed to someone else, and my packages go missing or show up a week after delivery, sometimes pre-opened.
After all, you've got better things to do with your time.
