The burger was big but just average. Service was quick especially considering how busy they were. Kick back and enjoy their awesome surf themed and award-winning burger bar.
On our way down the coast we found one of their restaurants and made a reservation a few hours or so before we went. the manager went out of his way to accommodate our large group with some special needs and diets. Adult food is great 5 Star great and value for money - loses marks for the kids chicken burger where they cheap out with a chicken paste patty. 14 people in our group and everyone was impressed!!! Went for the wifes bday and from the great friendly service, to the massive burgers and fries, cocktails and surf movies by the pool. I love this place, we heard of Longboards burgers first at the Brisbane EKKA show, where they had a big burger challenge. Map updates are paused.
They're also big in size and get served to you pretty quickly. We cater for vegetarian, gluten free and vegan diners.
It had no wow factor. All meals were hugely enjoyed...especially the Poutin...big enough to be suffice for the only meal of the day...prompt service...good price...easy walk from home...highly recommend.
Fantastic setting sitting at the foot of the tallest building in Australia surrounded by the ambiance of the pool an lighting. The music was too load and the staff looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. Our boys loved the fish and chips. Bit disappointing but tasted good I was hoping you still had a mushroom burger but no. Portion sizes was generous on all food and drinks were reasonably priced. At all. Absolutely incredible food and atmosphere will 100000% be back. Came here with the in laws and kids. That choice the GBurger was very nice though and the meat eaters loved their burger choices.
Never had an issue with Longboards, absolutely delicious and filling gourmet burgers with a taste you'll want to come back for. Will certainly be back. Really enjoyed our meal. Food was amazing as usual, we were able to social distance which is a necessity given that I live with somebody who is high-risk. A visit to Longboards Laidback Eatery is a must for any burger lover.
